We are now looking for a Project Manager for a leading player in advanced technology development and system deliveries. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead complex projects in an innovation-driven environment.

About the role
As a Project Manager, you have a central role in planning, steering, driving, and delivering projects from start to finish. You are responsible for the project's progress, quality, timeline, and resources, and ensure that the project's goals are achieved in line with both customer expectations and the company's strategic priorities. The nature and scope of the projects can vary, ranging from a few larger and longer projects to several smaller ones.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for budget, timeline, resources, risk management, and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships between project stakeholders
• Ensure that requirements, standards, and documentation are met
• Drive improvement work, method development, and contribute to the continued development of the project office
• Be an active and engaged leader for the project team

We are looking for someone who thrives in the role of project manager and naturally takes responsibility for driving projects forward and achieving set goals. You are confident in your communication and enjoy building trusting relationships, both with customers and with colleagues internally. With a structured approach and a solution-oriented mindset, you easily navigate complex environments and keep the whole together, even when a lot is happening at the same time. You also have a good technical understanding and can delve into details when needed, while maintaining focus on the project's overall goals.

Requirements for the position:

• Several years of experience in project management within technology or system development projects or a background in construction/development/another technical area and have started to build some experience in leadership/project management
• Technical college or master's degree in engineering
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
